House Resolution 5140 Stimulus Package Breakdown:
For Tax Payers who made more than $3,000 in income:
- Must have paid taxes for 2007
- Will receive net income tax liability or,
- A $600 rebate($1,200 for a joint return)
- Rebates will be no less than $300($600 for a joint return)
- An additional $300 for qualifying children
- A rebate reduction of five percent for incomes exceeding $75,000 ($150,000 for a joint return)
