Students at Texas Tech are facing an extremely hard dilemma this time of year.
Their dilemma consists of where they want to go for Spring Break. While making plans students must remember the new passport rule that just went into effect. This new passport law has put a damper on many students’ plans, and made them have to revert to secondary plans which is unheard of.
Students wanted to go to Cancun for Spring Break, but they decided against it because of the fact that it either takes up to 30 days to receive your passport, or paying 270 dollars to have it expedited and take three days instead.
